Rivilė Recognized as the Most Attractive Employer: First Place in “Top of Mind” and in the IT & Telecommunications Categories

“TOP Employer” is an annual ranking based on evaluations from job seekers, as well as current and former employees. This year, more than 800 companies from across Lithuania competed for the title of the most attractive employer.

Employers are assessed across 12 categories, including the main “Top of Mind”, where respondents spontaneously name the employer they find most attractive. The ranking also highlights the most desirable employers in specific industries and regions. Voting takes place at the beginning of the year through an online survey.

In the main category, where participants name the most attractive company that first comes to mind, UAB Rivilė emerged as this year’s winner. This question was mandatory for all survey respondents, making the results a genuine reflection of spontaneous market perception. The survey data highlights a strong emotional connection between employees and employers. Notably, 26% of votes came from people who have no direct relationship with the company, yet value it based on its reputation and public image.

This demonstrates that Rivilė is successfully creating an appealing work environment and maintaining a strong presence in the broader public sphere.

This year, Rivilė was also named the top employer in the IT and telecommunications category for the first time. This achievement is particularly significant given the high level of competition in the sector and the continuously rising expectations of technology professionals.

These factors reflect modern labor market trends, where employees value financial stability, workplace culture, leadership quality, and a healthy work–life balance.
