Job Description

We are looking for an accounting or bookkeeping specialist who would like to become a Sales Manager for business management and accounting products.


If you are communicative, organized, enjoy working with clients, and want to grow in the field of IT and business management solutions – we invite you to join our team. Cold calling is used only in exceptional cases in our sales process.


Your responsibilities:

  • Sell “Rivilė” products to new clients: handle inquiries, organize meetings, consult clients, prepare proposals, conclude contracts, and collaborate with implementation and support teams;
  • Manage existing clients: respond to inquiries, quickly identify needs, ensure their fulfillment, and maintain professional communication;
  • Carry out periodic sales and customer service processes related to changes in contracts, pricing, or other conditions;
  • Execute sales projects and campaigns;
  • Conduct market analysis and research.

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn, initiative, and motivation to achieve results;
  • Quick thinking and the ability to make decisions;
  • Confidence in communicating by phone and a friendly approach to clients (most calls are to existing or incoming clients; cold calling is an exception);
  • Excellent Lithuanian language and writing skills;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Computer literacy – ability to use Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams, as well as business management and accounting systems.

Advantages

  • Knowledge of accounting and business process management;
  • Experience with “Rivile GAMA” or “Rivile ERP”;
  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in English and/or Russian;
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service
