Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation for New Clients

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects: planning, coordination, execution, and closure.
• Communicate with all project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Perform system configuration, data import/export, and related technical tasks.

Support for Existing Clients

• Provide consulting on how to use Rivile ERP to address business and accounting challenges.
• Configure the system based on client requirements.
• Identify development needs, prepare specifications, collaborate with developers, test new functionality, and provide client training.
• Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions.

Work Environment

• Work remotely by connecting to clients’ environments when needed.

We expect you to:

• Hold a higher or advanced degree in accounting, mathematics, IT, or another exact science.
• Be highly independent, reliable, and hardworking.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have a good understanding of accounting and business process management.
• Possess project management abilities.
• Be capable of advising clients on how to use an accounting or business management system.
• Be able to translate business requirements into clear development tasks and manage the IT development lifecycle from need identification to rollout.
• Ideally, have at least 5 years of experience implementing and consulting on ERP or accounting systems.
