Rivile ERP Customer Service Team Lead

What will your responsibilities be?

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Rivile ERP team of consultants and developers.
• Coordinate, assign, and organize the team's workload while ensuring a high standard of service quality.
• Collaborate with clients on implementation, consulting, and other service delivery matters.
• Foster an environment where team members can grow, leverage their strengths, and achieve ambitious goals.
• Initiate and implement solutions that enhance the customer experience.
• Be responsible for revenue planning and driving continuous revenue growth.
• Lead change initiatives and contribute to process improvement across the organization.

We expect you to:

• Be highly goal-oriented, proactive, self-driven, and results-focused.
• Be hardworking and capable of building positive and healthy relationships within a team.
• Have excellent organizational and leadership skills, including the ability to lead specialists who may have deeper expertise in their respective fields.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in consulting on or implementing ERP, accounting, or similar business management solutions.
• Have at least 3 years of experience managing a team of highly skilled professionals.
• Have experience coordinating and organizing IT product implementation and support activities.
• Have experience in revenue planning and growth.
• Possess a solid understanding of accounting regulations and practices.
• Be able to establish warm, trust-based relationships with people.
• Have strong project management and process improvement skills.
• Have English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Hold a higher education degree in mathematics, information technology, or another relevant field that provides a strong foundation for successfully fulfilling the role's responsibilities.
